Eligibility check
Do you qualify for European Permanent Residency?
Five questions, about two minutes. Your answers stay on this page and are not sent anywhere.
Are you a citizen of a European Union country?
European Permanent Residency through real estate investment is designed for non-EU nationals.
Who will be in your application?
This sets the annual income from abroad you will need to show.
How much could you invest in European property?
The Fast Track requires a new property of at least €300,000, plus VAT.
Do you have secured income from outside the destination country of at least €30,000 a year?
Salary, business income, pension, dividends, rental income or interest on deposits all count, as long as they come from abroad.
Can every adult in the application get a clean criminal record certificate?
Each adult needs a certificate from their country of origin.
You look eligible for the Fast Track
Based on your answers, you meet the main criteria for European Permanent Residency on the Fast Track, typically granted within four to six months of filing.
The normal process may suit you
You may not meet every Fast Track criterion yet, but the normal process accepts property of any value and assesses income case by case. It takes one to two years. We review your file first, so you only invest when your chances are strong.
A conversation is the best next step
Your situation needs a closer look before we can recommend a route. Many clients start here. A Komlive advisor can tell you what would need to change and how long it might take.
You already have the freedom this programme offers
As an EU citizen you can already live in any EU country. Komlive can still help you invest in European real estate, or secure European Permanent Residency for family members who are not EU citizens.
This check is a guide, not a decision. Final eligibility is confirmed by your advisor and decided by the immigration authority.
