The programme

Which European countries can I invest in?

Komlive offers European Permanent Residency through real estate investment across Europe. Our first open destination is Cyprus, one of the fastest and most secure routes in the EU, with Portugal and Greece coming soon.

Do I have to move to Europe?

No. You can continue living and working in Nigeria or anywhere else. You only need to visit once every two years to keep the permit valid.

How long does it take?

On the Fast Track, the permit is typically granted four to six months after your application is filed. The normal process takes one to two years.

Does European Permanent Residency let me travel freely in Europe?

It makes European travel much easier, because you can apply for visas to other EU countries from inside the EU. Fully visa-free travel comes with EU citizenship, which permanent residents can later apply for.

Can permanent residency lead to an EU passport?

Yes, over time. Permanent residents can apply for citizenship after five to seven years of permanent residence, once further conditions, such as time physically spent in the country, are met.

What if my income from abroad is below the threshold?

The normal process does not require the Fast Track's income declaration, though the committee still expects proof of sufficient funds. It takes longer and approval is discretionary, so we review your file first.

Family

Who can be included in my application?

On the Fast Track, your spouse and your dependent children up to age 25 are included. Parents of the main applicant and spouse can be added in some cases. On the normal process, children are covered up to age 18.

Does each family member get their own permit?

Yes. Each person included in the application receives their own European Permanent Residency permit.

Can my children study in Europe?

Yes. As permanent residents, your children can live and study in Europe without depending on student visas.

Property and costs

Can I buy a resale property?

Not for the Fast Track. It requires a new property bought from the developer, worth at least €300,000 plus VAT. The normal process accepts residential property of any value.

Is VAT included in the €300,000?

No. The minimum is €300,000 before VAT, so VAT is paid on top. Use the investment planner to estimate your total.

Can I rent the property out?

Yes. Many clients let their property to earn income while they are away. We can arrange letting and management.

Can I sell the property later?

The property secures your permanent residency, so it should stay in your name. Speak to your advisor before making any change.

Working with Komlive

How do you protect my money?

Every developer we work with is vetted, every contract is reviewed by independent local lawyers, and payments go directly to the developer. We tell you exactly what we will deliver, and then we deliver it.

Is my enquiry confidential?

Yes. Discretion is central to how Komlive works. Your details are shared only with your advisor and the professionals your application needs.

What does the first consultation involve?

A private conversation about your goals, your family and your finances. You leave knowing which route fits and what it would cost, with no obligation to proceed.
